Design Thinking for Project Managers

To meet the needs of the team, project and customers.
In this challenge, over the years, I have found a precious ally: Design Thinking.

An iterative and non-linear process that places the user at the center of the scene. Through empathy and co-creation, this approach allows us to develop effective, shared solutions centered on real needs.

Design Thinking has proven to be a fundamental resource on countless occasions. Here I have collected 10 cases, tested first hand, which I consider particularly significant.
