⚡ One of the most tense moments during a creative project is receiving feedback on a proposal.
The project manager finds himself in the role of mediator between the team and the client.
In these sheets I have tried to summarize the three things that every agency would like to say to its client (but often doesn't dare) and, on the other hand, some aspects that the PM should take care of to get out of the infinite vortices of rework. 🌪️
What I have tried to deal with is only one side of the issue: knowing how to expose and enhance creative ideas is perhaps the most important and complex part.
