Short bio
Anna Zuanetti is a strategy, operations and delivery consultant, fractional leader and trainer. For over 25 years she has worked across technology, project management and creativity, with agencies and national and international brands. Deliver or Die is her first novel.
Long bio
A digital professional since the early days of the internet, Anna Zuanetti has held roles from Database Administrator to Marketing Manager, by way of developer, Tech Leader, Project Manager, Head of Project Management and Head of Operations. For 22 years she worked with leading agencies (including H-ART, now AKQA Italy, and LBI Iconmedialab) on projects for brands such as Heineken, IKEA, Lavazza and NIVEA, helping to train many project managers.
Today she supports companies and agencies as a consultant, fractional leader and trainer on project management, operations and team collaboration. She chose the novel to tell project management in a new way, because she believes stories are the best way to pass on knowledge and experience.
